I'm standing in a heavy downpour. Just to take this photo & then I'm off again.

I used to hate walking in the rain as no matter what I wore I'd get wet.

Not any more. I'm so glad I shopped around & found the Snowsled Wilderness jacket.

I forget how good it is till I'm out in the middle of nowhere, & the heavens open. Then I remember cause I'm still walking and haven't ran for shelter.. Still smiling.. Or as in the picture, ever so slightly smiling in a smug fashion.

Never underestimate the importance of decent kit.
